City Lights Apartaments RULES

  1. Check-in at our apartments starts from 14:00 or 15:00 (depending on the location). Check-out is by 11:00.
  2. Please inform us of your estimated arrival and departure times so that we can plan our work in the apartments accordingly.
  3. Please let us know if you will be using the parking during your stay (if free parking is available with the respective apartment). The second parking spot costs 100 PLN per day.
  4. Late check-out and early check-in are possible with reception approval – please consult this with us in advance. The fee is 100 PLN for extending your stay or arriving earlier (both for 1 hour or up to 4 hours).
  5. Parties, smoking, and loud music are not allowed in the apartment.
  6. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
  7. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the apartment’s equipment or technical devices caused by them or their visitors.
  8. After making the reservation, please inform us if you will need a baby crib, which we provide free of charge.
  9. Smoking is prohibited in all public and private areas. In case of violation of this rule, the guest will be charged a penalty of 400 PLN.
  10. City Lights Apartments is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the guest’s car or other vehicle, items left inside, or live animals, whether the vehicles are parked in the parking lot or outside the apartment premises.
  11. We provide the following free of charge: baby crib (upon request), Wi-Fi, sugar, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish towel, trash bags, coffee filters, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher capsules, shampoo, and bed linen for each guest (each person has a separate pillow and duvet).
  12. At Wawrzyńca 19 and Lubicz 17, each apartment is entitled to one free parking space in the underground garage (up to 2 meters, LPG prohibited).
  13. Each apartment features a kitchenette, private bathroom, drip coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, glasses, mugs, pots, and more.
  14. The apartments have city heating, which is turned on and off according to the dates set by the city.
