The flat is situated in the historic Lubicz Brewery, originally built in 1840 as the Jenny family’s private residence. In 1903, it became Browar Krakowski under J. Gotz, flourishing as a family business until WWII, when it was nationalized. Later managed by Okocim and eventually Carlsberg, the brewery ceased production but retained its status as a Kraków landmark.
In 2014, Balmoral Properties completed the restoration of its historic structures, including the Goetz Palace, Porter’s Lodge, Engine House, and Malt Dryer, preserving the 19th-century industrial charm of this iconic estate.
