The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs, providing a comfortable place to relax.

Upon request, we can provide a baby cot with its original mattress (firm mat). Please note that we do not supply an additional mattress or dedicated bedding for the cot.

House rules:

• No parties are allowed in the apartment. Any violation of this rule will result in consequences.
• Loud music and smoking inside the apartment or with the balcony doors open are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or patio, provided the doors remain closed.
