Welcome to a comfortable flat located in the prestigious Browar Lubicz investment, just a 10-minute walk from the Main Square and 2 minutes from Galeria Krakowska. It is a perfect place for both a short stay and longer relaxation in the unique atmosphere of Krakow.
The flat consists of a bedroom with a comfortable bed and a TV, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony where you can relax after a busy day.
Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV with access to various channels. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Free parking is also available in the underground garage – please let us know in advance if you will be using it (maximum vehicle height: 2 m).
The flat is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed and on the patio. For the comfort of all guests, parties are not allowed – there may be consequences if the rules are broken.
For families with children there is the possibility to rent a baby cot with the original mattress (hard mat), but without additional mattress and bedding.

Location and history
The flat is located in the historic building of the Lubicz Brewery. It was built in 1840 as the private residence of the Jenny family. In 1903, it changed its owner and name to Browar Krakowski i Fabryka Przetworów Malowych J. Gotza. It prospered magnificently and, still being improved, passed into the hands of his son.
In 2014, the construction of the first phase of the Browar Lubicz estate was completed. Balmoral Properties restored the historic buildings: the Goetz Palace, the Beer Draught, the Porter’s Lodge, the former Malt Drying Plant, the former Malt House, as well as the Engine House and the Boiler House with a chimney. The characteristic facades of the buildings are reminiscent of the industrial buildings constructed in the 19th century.

Your car stays in the underground garage (you can’t get any closer, the car parks around the Market Square are located at a similar distance), and you set off to conquer Krakow on foot. It is only 4 minutes to Galeria Krakowska and the Planty, 10 minutes to the Cloth Hall.
