| 1. Apartment rental period is calculated per a hotel day. The day starts at 14:00 Central European Time (2 PM CET) and ends at 11:00 (11 AM CET) the following day. |
| 2. Check-in is available between 14:00 (2 PM CET) and 18:00 (6 PM CET). Any check in taking place outside the set hours will be subjected to additional fee. Arrivals after 18:00 (6 PM CET) will be charged a one off payment of 40 PLN / 10 EUR / 8 GBP / 11 USD. |
| 3. In order to ensure and assisted access to the flats The City Lights must be informed of any scheduled late arrivals (after 18:00 / 6 PM CET). |
| 4. Customers wishing to prolong the stay should request it before 10:00 (10 AM CET) on the termination day. The City Light reserve the right to accept or refuse prolongation in accordance to operational commitments. |
| 5. To complete the registration at the apartment, the customers will be requested to present a photo ID (driving license, passport, official ID card) and sign the registration form. |
| 6. Guests must not sub-let or grant the apartments to the third parties at any time of the rental period. |
| 7. Payments are calculated for the total stay and are taken upfront at the moment of registration. |
| 8. The reservation will be guaranteed if the pre-payment (deposit) for the first night is placed within 3 working days from the moment of placing booking. Lack of deposit may result in cancellation of the booking. |
| 9. If a guest fails to notify the Agent about cancellation before 3 days prior to the booking date or fails to arrive, the deposit will not be refunded. |
| 10. Guests are requested to immediately report about any concerns and complains about the quality of service, as it allows The City Light an instant response and enables rearrangements. Feedback and complaints placed after the end date of rental period will be acknowledged as lacking constructive grounds and will not be resolved. |
| 11. The Hotel Guest bears material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices arising from the Guest’s fault or from the fault of people visiting him. The City Lights reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for the damage incurred after they left. |
| 12. Pets are not allowed. |
| 13. Nursery beds are available at request for one off fee of 200 PLN /47 EUR / 40 GBP / 52 USD |
| 14. Smoking on the premises is strictly forbidden. The non-smoking areas include the apartments, entrance, staircases and other communal spaces in the buildings. A penalty charge for not following this regulation is 400 PLN / 93 EUR / 80 GBP / 105 USD |
| 15. City Lights Apartments is not responsible for any damage or loss of the vehicles owned by the guests, theft or loss of belongings or animals left in the vehicles parked on or outside the premises. |
| 16. Free Wi-Fi available in all apartments. |
| 17. On leaving or vacating the apartments guests must ensure that the apartment door is correctly locked and the key is deposited in designated location. |
| 19. A loss of a key or a failure to return it to designated location will be charged 50 PLN / 12 EUR / 10 GBP / 13 USD |
