The studio is located in the Brewery Lubicz complex in Kraków, 10 minutes walk from the market square. There is a comfortable double bed, equipped kitchenette ( kettle, induction, dish washer, microwave, dishes etc.) and table for 2 persons, also private bathroom with a shower is at your disposal. The windows are on the inside of the complex - you will not hear trams, cars here. The bed is for two people, TV with UPC. The car can be parked in price of a stay in the underground garage. The building is from 2015year and has a lift.

Location and history: The apartment is located in a historic building of Lubicz Brewery. The site was built in 1840 as a private residence of Jenny family. In 1903, under a new owner, the complex changed its name to J. Goetz’ Cracovian Brewery and Malt Preserve Factory (Browar Krakowski i Fabryka Przetworów Słodowych J. Gotza). The venture prospered successfully and was passed to Goetz’ son. The brewery functioned until II World War and was nationalised afterwards. Its first post war operations were managed by Zabrze Syndicate of Industrial Fermentation (Zarząd Przemysłu Fermentacyjnego w Zabrzu) and in 1968 were taken over by Okocim. In the 80’s the brewery produced a cult beer Krak Pils and sold only one brand: Jasne Mocne (Strong Pale), now an established and popular label, available in most Polish shops and pubs. When Okocim was taken over by Carlsberg in 1996, the production of beer in Lubicz Brewery was stopped.
Nowadays, the Brewery complex remains a recognisable Cracovian landmark. The first part of new tenement development project, named after the factory Browar Lubicz (Lubicz Brewery) was completed in 2014. The historic sites of Goetz’ Palace, Portiernia, Susznia Słodu, Słodownia, Maszynownia and Kotłownia with a characteristic chimney, are renovated by Balmoral Properties. The project aims to create a vibrant, modern and multifunctional building complex with focus to preserve a historical features of the site.
